• Refund Process:

  • Once the returned wig is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

• Non-Refundable Items:

  • Wigs that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Wigs without their original tags or packaging.

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless they are defective).

• Exchanges:

• Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the wig is defective or there was an error on our part.
