    • The wig must be in its original condition, unworn, and unaltered.
    • All tags and packaging must be intact and included with the return.
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt) is required.
  • Refund Process:

    • Contact our customer service team within the 24-Hour period to initiate the return process.
    • Once the returned wig is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Wigs that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
    • Wigs without their original tags or packaging.
    • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless they are defective).

Shipping Options and Rates

1. Paxi Shipping

  • Cost: R110

  • Description: Paxi shipping offers a cost-effective delivery option to selected Paxi collection points. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification with the details of the collection point and instructions for pickup.

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days, depending on the location of the Paxi collection point.

2. Door-to-Door Shipping

  • Starting Cost: R135 (The final cost may vary depending on your area)

  • Description: Our door-to-door shipping service delivers your order directly to your specified address. The final shipping cost will be calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

  • Paxi Shipping: You will receive a notification with details on how to track your order and when it is ready for pickup at the Paxi collection point.

  • Door-to-Door Shipping: A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the status of your delivery through our shipping partner’s website.

Delivery Times

  • Estimated Delivery: The estimated delivery times are based on normal business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Delays: While we strive to meet these delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, strikes, or logistical issues. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Geographic Limitation: We currently ship within South Africa only.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery to certain remote areas may take longer and may incur additional charges. You will be notified if your delivery area falls under this category.

What Happens in Different Scenarios

1. Incorrect Address Provided

  • If you realize that you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@skbeauty.co.za or 072 339 0426. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will update the address. If the order has already been dispatched, we will work with the courier service to rectify the situation, but additional charges may apply.

2. Delivery Failure

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or other issues, the courier will usually leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling the delivery or collecting the package from a local depot. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and additional shipping charges may apply.

3. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged item or your package is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@skbeauty.co.za with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

4. Lost Package

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@skbeauty.co.za. We will work with the courier to locate the package. If it cannot be found, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Address

  • Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. SK Beauty is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
